The City of Phoenix Parks & Recreation Department has again contracted with the Arizona Parks and Recreation Fellowship to coordinate all food vendors for the Fabulous Phoenix 4th on Wednesday, July 4, 2018.
The event will be held at Steele Indian School Park, 3rd Street just north of Indian School Road, from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. This 74-acre fenced park is on the north side of Indian School Road between Central Avenue and 7th Street. The event will feature local entertainers, vendors, and free children’s activities. And of course Arizona’s most spectacular fireworks display. Attendance is predicted to fill the park.
Fabulous Phoenix 4th vendor applications are available below and remain available until all spaces are filled – usually prior to June 1st. The goal is to make the food vending process easy and simple. All deposit payments and application shall be made via U.S. Mail. Our address is on the application. Deposit payment must be made by check or money order. Sorry, no cash or credit cards. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. You will be notified after your application has been received and reviewed if it has been accepted or denied. In the case you are not accepted your complete payment will be returned. If you need to cancel prior to the event you must submit a request in writing prior to June 8, 2018 for an 80% deposit refund. No refunds will be given after that date. The Fabulous Phoenix 4th is a rain or shine event. Refunds are not given due to weather conditions. Ten days prior to the event, maps with space assignment, load-in instructions, parking passes, and other details will be mailed to food vendors.
